We believe that a technical training course should equip delegates with the skills and confidence they need to be productive the moment the course is over.
This may seem obvious but in recent years, with Oracle heavily promoting their certification program, many training organisations have drifted towards a rather different aim: covering all of the features required to pass Oracle's exams. This results in courses with great breadth but little depth; courses which spend 80% of the time discussing features which are not central to the developer's everyday use of the tool.
We aim to spend 80% of the course on the 20% of features which your staff will use every day; to help them understand so that they have the confidence to go on and become experts.
